1. General provisions
These terms of service (hereinafter: "Terms") set out the rules for using the sandras.app website (hereinafter: "Website"). The Website is operated by All Wonders sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, Aleja Zjednoczenia 17 / U-1, 01-829 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000965211, VAT ID: PL7123433562, REGON: 521688527 (hereinafter: "Operator"). Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Definitions
Website - the website available at sandras.app. Operator - All Wonders sp. z o.o., the entity operating the Website. User - any person using the Website. Application - the Sandra's App mobile application, currently in development. Newsletter - an electronic service consisting of sending information about the Application to a provided email address.
3. Rules for using the Website
The Website serves to present information about the Sandra's App Application, enables newsletter subscription, and contact with the Operator. Using the Website is free of charge. The User agrees to: - Use the Website in accordance with its purpose - Provide truthful data in forms - Refrain from actions that could disrupt the Website's operation - Comply with applicable law
4. Newsletter
The User may subscribe to the newsletter by providing their email address. Newsletter subscription is voluntary and free of charge. The newsletter contains information about the Application, its features, launch date, and promotions. The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by contacting the Operator at [email protected].
5. Contact form
The Website provides a contact form for sending messages to the Operator. Submitting the form requires providing an email address and message content, as well as consenting to the processing of personal data. The Operator will make every effort to respond to the inquiry as soon as possible.
6. Intellectual property
All content published on the Website, including texts, graphics, photos, logos, icons, and page layout, is the property of the Operator or is used under appropriate licenses. Copying, distributing, or using Website content without the Operator's consent is prohibited.
7. Liability
The Operator makes every effort to ensure the Website operates correctly and without interruptions. The Operator is not liable for: - Temporary unavailability of the Website due to maintenance or failures - Content of messages sent by users via the contact form - Consequences of users providing false data - Force majeure events
8. Data protection
The rules for processing personal data of Website users are set out in the Privacy Policy, available at: https://sandras.app/en/privacy. Using the Website involves the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Operator reserves the right to make changes to the Terms. Users will be informed of significant changes via the Website. The current version of the Terms is always available at: https://sandras.app/en/terms. Continued use of the Website after changes are introduced constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Electronic Services.
